100 years of Bernstein, Reno Philharmonic

The Reno Phil is concluding their 49th season Tuesday, April 24 @ 7:30 pm with the performance of 100 years of Bernstein.

I saw the Sunday performance and I can tell you that you should see and hear this. The music of Leonard Bernstein is recognizable and emotional. They have a short lecture with the guest conductor Donato Cabrera and Tim Young before the doors open for the performance that I recommend. They are entertaining and informative.

Here is a short video of Tim Young telling us a bit more about the Tuesday performance and a bit about what is upcoming for the Reno Phil.
