DESCRIPTION:How do you create a flop on Broadway? \nIf you’re Mel Brooks\, you start with a scheming con man (Max Bialystock)\, add in a mousy accountant (Leo Bloom)\, then introduce them to a pigeon-loving Nazi and his script for a gloriously offensive musical\, “Springtime for Hitler\,” and finally\, sprinkle in an eager blonde bombshell! It’s a recipe for failure. But in this laugh-out-loud comedy\, unexpected success throws Max and Leo into a downward spiral\, with unexpected consequences. Crazy caricatures and camp spectacle come together to produce a wonderfully tasteless evening of entertainment.
