The blue grump grumps are a city-dwelling people of great esteem and prowess. Behold their abilities to negotiate deals\, increase fame\, and acquire great fortunes. The blue grumps herald the dawn of a new immersive\, Upside Down City\, coming to Reno in 2028. \nEach dancing grump grump creature was made by seven artists from The Potentialist Workshop collective. To see more grump grumps\, lizard chefs\, talking mushrooms and dancing witches\, visit their art immersive at 826 E 2nd Street in Reno.
