Jelly Bread at Rollin on the River
For the 3rd Rollin on the River show of July, we had the pleasure to see Jelly Bread, One of Reno’s favorite local bands. For many years they have done nothing but gotten better and better. Wingfield Park was full of families and fans with a bunch of them dancing off to the side of the stage.
They are normally a 4 piece band but tonight they included some old friends on Horns which made them even better. You can’t go wrong when you add a horn section. They have a great sound with a combination of Rock, Jazz, Funk.
Jelly Bread is Dave Berry – guitar/vocals, Cliff Porter – drums/vocals, Alvin Johnson – keys/vocals, and Ian Lindsay – bass/vocals.
