Gallery West January 5th- February 12th, 2026 Reception: Thursday, January 29th, 2026 5pm-7pm Lasting Dose Tattoo has been hosting a “Year of the …” show since 2016 in their gallery at 888 S. Virginia St, Midtown. Celebrating the beauty and diversity of the Chinese Zodiac, this theme allows artists to interpret the influence which that animal, and its reputed attributes, have on one’s personality born within a particular year in the Chinese Zodiacs 12 year cycle. Over the years, Lasting Dose has had artists from a variety of stylistic backgrounds contribute their works in their gallery. Tattooers, fine artists, graffiti artists, sculptors, wood workers, illustrators, and many more. Lasting Dose Tattoo originally opened in 2006 under the name, “Nightmare Studios Tattoo.” In 2015, they decided to rebrand and expand into what is now Lasting Dose Tattoo & Art Collective. The new space is equipped with a larger front lobby, a larger tattoo artist staff, and an attached art gallery.
