Harper Lee’s “TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD”-Interview with Jacqueline Williams

American author Harper Lee wrote To Kill a Mockingbird in 1960 to great success. It is widely read in high schools and middle schools. The plot and characters are loosely based on Lee’s observations of her family, her neighbors, and an event that occurred near her hometown of Monroeville, Alabama, in 1936, when she was ten.

Prepare to be captivated by the Broadway adaptation of Aaron Sorkin’s To Kill a Mockingbird, which is making its way to Reno with a cast of exceptional talent, spearheaded by the incomparable Richard Thomas.
