What is “The Little Mermaid JR.

Ariel is the princess under the sea, curious about the world around her both under and above the water’s edge. Being a Mermaid, Ariel finds her life limited, especially when she rescues a prince from drowning. Prince Eric finds himself fascinated by the beautiful voice of Princess Ariel, not knowing that she is the one who saved him from drowning.

Ariel longs to be with her Prince, but she is a mermaid, and he is from above the sea. Enter Ursula, an evil octopus bent on taking power from Ariel’s father, King Triton. Ursula hatches a plan to capture Ariel’s voice, a magical voice indeed.

Ariel’s many friends try to help her on the path of discovery and her path to true love. The Little Mermaid JR. is a story of unconditional love and friendship. Will the Princess and her Prince live happily ever after? You will have to see The Little Mermaid JR. to find out.

Adapted from Disney’s Broadway production and the motion picture, The Little Mermaid JR. is based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved stories. This hour-long musical is just perfect for the entire family.

What about the Performances

There are some truly outstanding performances from these talented youngsters.

Brooklyn Remington plays Ariel, the princess under the sea whose magical voice captivates everyone around her. Remington’s singing and acting keep the audience engaged as she travels from the depths of the sea to the Prince who has won her heart. Remington brings an innocence to the role of Ariel that keeps the audience rooting for our heroine.

Lincoln Rocchi is magnificent as Ursula, the evil octopus. The power that Rocchi brings to the stage as Ursula flawlessly blends with Ariel’s innocence. Check out the photos of Rocchi as Ursula.

The Little Mermaid JR

Maddie Ho is enchanting as Flounder. An audience favorite, Ho’s stage presence can’t be missed.

The entire cast is excellent, and they should be proud of their production of The Little Mermaid JR. Let’s not forget to give a shout-out to the crew; well done.
