Reno Stage Scene; ‘WHAT IS MURDER?’ & ‘MAGIC MOUSE’ at Restless Artists Theatre Company

This weekend, Restless Artist Theater Company will be performing; “What is Murder?” and “Magic Mouse.”

What is Murder?

What is Murder? is a highly entertaining Who-done-it with a bit of supernatural mixed in, and Magic Mouse is a magic show, perfect for children and adults.

What is Murder? takes place before a Jeopardy Tournament of Champions contest. Four former Jeopardy winners decide to come together a few days before the contest and practice together. Three of the contestants are highly outclassed by the other and feel uncomfortable. But when the superior player ends up dead, the other three look guilty.

A detective shows up on the scene and must make sense of the chaos she walks into. Unbeknownst to the contents, the detective has her own agenda.

Throughout the show, the dead contestant narrates the action and goes back in time to explain how they got there.

What is Murder is highly entertaining, wonderfully acted, and beautifully directed.

Magic Mouse is perfect, interactive entertainment for the children and adults with sleight-of-hand combined with lessons about life. We found it fun, and the children in the audience found it thrilling.
