Each year, “The Christmas Tree Farm” is where people gather, not only to find the perfect tree, but also to find much more. These are a few of those stories.

The Story of “The Christmas Tree Farm”
Bri owns and operates The Christmas Tree Farm. Each year, he opens the farm for sleigh rides, hot cocoa, caroling, and, of course, the place to find your perfect Christmas tree. As people gather, from families and couples to singles and the odd cadre of Santas, we see the individual stories unfold.
Bri takes us on a joyous journey of observation, where people not only find their Christmas trees, but also perhaps each other. There are many stories, some of which involve new relationships, some rekindled relationships, and some ending relationships.
Each of these vignettes is deep and uplifting; even the stories that have a bit of sadness bring a sharp texture to the play.
Sharply written, The Christmas Tree Farm is a holiday treat.

The Performances
The actors are from the Truckee Meadows Community College theater program and are extremely fun to watch perform. It is truly a joy to see these energetic people learning and growing, and giving their all to entertain the audience.
I am very impressed with the TMCC Theatre program and the quality of performers it cultivates.
The Bottom Line
If you’re looking for some holiday cheer, some uplifting romantic stories to bring a smile to your face, then The Christmas Tree Farm is just what you are looking for. I might even suggest it is just right for date night.
